Have you been to the cinema lately?

I haven't gone to movies for a long time because  I watch films on television. The last movie I saw was "the rhythm of Hip Hop directed by Thomas Carter.

The film is about a girl called Sara (Julia Stiles) who lives in a small town with a big dream - to become a world class dancer.

            But her mother suddenly dies, Sara must abandon her plans and join her strange father (Terry Kinner) in Chicago, one neighborhood to the south.

            A white girl in a neighborhood of predominantly black people, this makes Sarah feel out of place - until she is helpedd by a fellow classmate, Chenille (Kerry Washington) and his elegant brother, Derek (Sean Patrick Thomas) both color.

            So, a strong connection between Sara and Derek grows. But as their relationship grows, the opposition of their families and friends increases.

            Now Sara and Derek face the biggest challenge of their young lives - be true to their dreams but also with each other.

             I think the film is very cute.

Terminator Salvation, is a 2009 film of science fiction action genre, produced by McG. The film stars Christian Bale and Sam Worthington. The film is the 4th one in the Terminator series.

The story line begins in 2003, when Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington) is convinced by Doctor Serena Kogan (Helena Bonham Carter) to sign his body over for medical research after he is killed by a lethal injection. One year later, Skynet system is activated which takes humans as a threat to its existence and gains the ability to decide for itself, starting a rebellion. In the day known as "Judgment Day", Skynet is able to erradicate much of humanity (which is the final event of Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines).

Years later, in 2008, the commander of the Resistance, John Connor (Christian Bale) leads a Resistance attack on a Skynet base. He will find human prisoners and will confront deadly machines, including the latest killing machine set in a bio-organic being: the T-800 model 101 Terminator. All of this in a attempt to weaken Skynet and destroy one of its very bases. I reccomend this amazing film to anyone who likes action genre!

I really liked this film, because it has a strong story line and a good dose of action. My favourite character is John Connor, because he is a brave and wise man who is never afraid of  fighting, but thinks about every decisioncarefully . The special effects are good too which is important to a science fiction action film.

Concluding, I liked this film very much  and is one of my favourites! I recommend it to everyone who likes this type of film!
